Suicide Wheel

Inspired by the movement of a brodie knob, a.k.a suicide wheel; a knob that swivels and attaches to the steering wheel of an automobile, typically a truck. Other than looking cool, they've allowed truckers to simultaneously steer and sip a Coke for the past century.

With a typical winged corkscrew you stress almost every muscle in your arm,  from your trapecious to your palmaris longus, fancy for "almost your entire arm”. By implementing this movement into the corkscrew, opening a bottle can be done by simply rotating your shoulder.
